購買須知 Purchase Information
- 本店所有產品價格皆以港幣計算。
- 本店的產品分為新書和二手書。二手書的書況與圖片所顯示，所有圖片均為書的實際狀態而拍攝的。網站上載的圖片僅供參考，一切以實物為準。
- 貨物出門，恕不退換。介意者請購買新書。
- 收到確認付款完成的訂單後，香港本地一般大概將在三個工作天內發貨，境外訂單一般會於七個工作天內發貨。如在購買的訂單中包含預購產品，整張訂單將會於所有產品到後出貨，一般為期三星期 。
- 香港境內顧客凡購買指定商品滿 HK$500 (折扣後計算) 可免運費，購物未滿 HK$500，則會以按重量收取運費，並以順豐到付方式發貨。 香港以外地區不設免運費優惠。
- 本網店使用順豐發貨。發貨後約3個工作天內到貨。
- All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars.
- Our products are divided into new and used books. Used books are in the same condition as shown in the pictures, all pictures are taken in the actual condition of the book. The pictures uploaded on the website are for reference only, all to the real thing shall prevail.
- No return or exchange. Please buy a new book if you mind.
- Upon receipt of confirmation of payment for completed orders, local Hong Kong will generally ship within 3 working days, overseas orders will generally ship within 7 working days. If the order contains pre-ordered products, the whole order will be shipped out after all the products have arrived, usually within 3 weeks.
- Customers within Hong Kong will receive free shipping on purchases of HK$500 or more (after discounts), while purchases under HK$500 will be charged on a per weight basis and will be shipped by S.F. Delivery. Free shipping is not available outside Hong Kong.
- We use S.F. to deliver the goods. It takes about 3 working days to arrive after shipment.

- 如找不到合你心意的陶器/攝影作品，歡迎與我們聯絡，訂製一套屬於你的陶藝/攝影作品。煩請電郵至給予以下資料：

- 每件陶器/攝影作品全人手製造，製作需時3星期，請預早聯絡查詢。
- 店長手造陶瓷，每件也獨一無二，釉色，尺寸也不同。適合有生活品味的你，為家中添置獨特的陶器。店長相信，每件陶器也有不同性格，只要使用它才會讓他有生命力。
If you can't find the book you want? Books Ordering Procedure
- You can IG Direct Message or email to enquire about the books you want, after we confirm that we have found the book you look for, you can make the payment. For new books, the delivery period is about 2-3 weeks.

- If you can't find your favourite pottery/photography, you are welcome to contact us to order your own set of pottery/photography. Please send us an email with the following information.

付款方式 Payment Methods
- 本店提供信用卡（包括萬事達、Visa、美國運通及銀聯）、Google Pay、Apple Pay、PayMe及FPS，暫不接受PayPal、八達通或支付寶等。
- 如選擇以 PayMe 或 FPS 付款，請在下單後按指示付款，並將付款證明（如轉賬確認畫面截圖）透過電郵或網站私訊方式發送給我們，並附上訂單號碼。本店只會在已收到款項情況下發貨。
- 網上交易一旦成立，代表閣下同意及接受第三方付款服務之條款及細則，第三方付款服務將收集閣下的個人及付款資料。
- 本店不會存取閣下的付款資料。
- 閣下如因網上交易導致任何損失，請聯絡有關第三方付款服務，本店並不負責。
- 藝跡文化保留最終決定權。
- We offer credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and UnionPay), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayMe and FPS, PayPal, Octopus and Alipay are not accepted.
- If you choose to pay by PayMe or FPS, please follow the payment instructions after placing your order and send us proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot of the transfer confirmation screen) via email or webmail with your order number. We will only ship your order if payment has been received.
- Once an online transaction is established, you agree and accept the terms and conditions of the third party payment service, which will collect your personal and payment information.
- We do not have access to your payment information.
- If you suffer any loss as a result of an online transaction, please contact the relevant third party payment service, for which we are not responsible.
